The directory below lists Authorised CVT Teachers who have successfully completed the CVT Voice Rehabilitation education and examinations at Complete Vocal Institute.

Every professional listed has first completed CVI’s three-year Singer/Teacher Diploma Course and qualified as an Authorised CVT Teacher. They have subsequently completed the specialist education in CVT Voice Rehabilitation, which builds on their extensive knowledge of voice technique, voice science and vocal pedagogy.

The rehabilitation education provides advanced theoretical and practical training in areas such as anatomy and physiology, voice pathology, voice assessment, scientifically tested rehabilitation techniques, treatment planning and supervised patient work. The education is accredited at Level 5 by NCFE and CACHE.

All teachers included in this directory hold an updated CVT authorisation. Authorised CVT Teachers must attend an update course every third year to remain updated.

When looking for a rehabilitation professional, look for the official CVT Voice Rehabilitation certification mark. Only Authorised CVT Teachers who have successfully completed the rehabilitation education and examinations may use this mark and describe themselves as certified in CVT Voice Rehabilitation.

Authorised CVT Teachers certified in CVT Voice Rehabilitation provide specialised voice rehabilitation but do not diagnose voice disorders. CVT Voice Rehabilitation should not be used as a substitute for medical assessment, diagnosis or necessary medical treatment.
