Here is the info about Status B planned for the Fall 2026. You will have a Written Status and AA status online in November.

 

WRITTEN STATUS B

Available on Flexiquiz
Log into Flexiquiz and the Written Status B will show up on your account.

Date, time and deadline
From November 2, 2026 – November 27, 2026, the Written Status B will be available on Flexiquiz.
You have four consecutive hours to answer all the questions in Written Status B.
After 4 hours, the Status will be closed.
Find a full 4-hour time slot where you can fully dedicate your time to Written Status B. You can not re-open the status after you have started to do the

Be aware that after November 27, 2026, you will no longer have access to Written Status B. Therefore, ensure that you have completed the Written Status B BEFORE the deadline.

Preparation for the Written Status B
Written Status B consists of questions related to Sound Colour, Emergency Aid, Various technically and pedagogically questions
Answer the questions primarily at the Foundation level and imagine them being asked by singers.
Please refrain from using any notes, the CVT app, or the book.

Prepare by reading these chapters in the CVT App

  • ‘Sound colours’ (p. 186 – 215 in the App) and check your notes
  • ‘Hoarseness and Emergency Aid’ (p. 272 – 281 in the App) and check your notes
  • ‘Highway and Byway’ (p. 125 – 147 and 155 – 156)
  • ‘Trouble-shooting’ (p. 15, 27 (from Watch out for ‘triggers’ of uncontrolled constrictions), 60, 69, 78, 87, 99, 106, 181 – 185)
  • ‘Pronunciation’ (p. 30 – 34 in the App)
  • ‘Opening of the mouth’ (p. 35 – 36 in the App)
  • ‘Onsets’ (p. 38 – 39 in the App)
  • ‘Range and types of voices’ (p. 46 – 47 in the App)
  • A few pedagogical questions, check your notes about learning types, scanning and decoding

 

AA STATUS B – online

AA status B – Main modes
Each sound examples will contain one or two main mode(s).  And write in foundation level.

You can access the AA status B here at cvi.my and the page will contain both sound examples and a PDF for you to download.
The link will be open:

  • From Monday November 2, 2026 at 10.00
  • Until Wednesday November 25, 2026 at 18.00

After finishing the AA status B and filling in your answers scan it, take a photo or send a pdf to Christina at christina@shout.dk
Deadline for sending the answers: 26th of November 2026

AA Status B – HOW-TO  (the link opens November 2, 2026 at 10.00)

  1. Click on the link at cvi.my (AA status B)
  2. Print out the pdf fil AA status B (1 page).
  3. Listen to the audio samples one by one.
  4. Write down one or two main main Mode(s), add extra modes if needed, but make it clear, which is the main mode.
  5. Scan the page/take a photo/pdf and send it in an email to: christina@shout.dk
  6.  Bring the original to the 10th seminar, where we will have the Go through AA status B.

Tip: Take a picture of your handwritten answers and send it. Make sure the answers are readable and not too blurry.
