Flageolet is an acoustic phenomenon that happens above the high C´s - whether we like it or not.
Sing above the high C, in any kind of volume, there´s a flageolet tension on the cords, enabling you to produce sound.

How about below high C, is it possible to use flageolet at lower pitches? Or is it possible but not recommended? I'm asking this because I feel like having different neutrals, but of course it's possible that one of them (which I consider as a "falsetto" although I'm aware that the term is vague) is the "real" neutral and another one is "curbing-like" neutral, or something similar.

I think that CVI should update their definition of flageolet. Because the way they define it now is not concurrent with todays knowledge, at least not scientifically.
